I had a very positive experience with Vermietungs-Profi in Trier. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. They offer a wide selection of properties in the region and handle everything quickly and efficiently. Several of my colleagues have also rented through them over the years and have had similarly positive experiences. A special thank you to Stephan Franzen and Niklas Franzen, who provided outstanding service and excellent communication in English, making the entire process much easier for an international tenant.

We used the agency for a few flat viewings and rented via them. Everything was extremely smooth. Me and my partner would like to give special thanks to Sofie Ludwig, with whom we exchanged emails, had the pleasure to meet in person and was there to guide us every step of the way. Since this is our first time living in Germany she was also kind enough to further explain some details that we, as foreigners might not be aware of. We are settling into our place tomorrow ❤️
